Aggregate

PMC is aggressively growing the Aggregate Equipment, crushing, screening and conveying side of our business.  As the exclusive Dealer in Colorado for JCI, Kolberg-Pioneer and Astec Mobil Screens, we have complete aggregate processing capabilities.  Our new and used fleet of equipment includes Track Mounted Jaws, Impactors and Screens.  Our fleet also includes portable Cones, Jaws, Screens (including self contained PEP Plants), Wash Plants, Belt Feeders and Stackers.  When it comes to conveyors, we are proud to offer Kolberg Conveyors and Stackers, have strong business relationships with local conveyor fabricators and are developing our own in-house fabrication capabilities, with our first set of stackable conveyors to be available in March 2006. 

We sell new and used equipment and are willing to take used equipment in on trade.  Many of our field mechanics are already cross-trained to work on crushers and screens and more are being trained each month. 

Brad Neptune is our full time Aggregate Specialist and all of his time and energy is dedicated toward the crushing and screening needs of Colorado’s Aggregate Producers.  He partners with each of our Equipment Salesman to make sure Aggregate Producers in each territory are supported.   

Komatsu BR380JG-1 The newly designed Komatsu BR380JG-1 mobile crusher looks simple but is very powerful. The upgraded Komatsu designed crusher offers:

• Unsurpassed crushing capacity of 50 – 240 ton/h (55 – 265 US ton/h.
• High-performance jaw. The KCJ4222 large-capacity jaw crusher guarantees maximum capacity in this class along with easy maintenance. In addition, Komatsu’s locking cylinder mechanism allows you to change the discharge clearance with a simple one-touch adjustment and also facilitates the removal of clogged foreign material from the discharge side.
• Newly designed vibrating grizzly feeder. The vibrating grizzly feeder moves the material elliptically, so the material can be effectively separated and fed evenly into the jaw.
• HydrauMind hydraulics and all-hydraulic drive system. Fully hydraulic drive system gets you working right away. HydrauMind system supplies the optimal amount of oil through load-sensing and pressure-compensated valves. Optional equipment can be connected at the hydraulic outlets on the chassis.
• Large-capacity hopper. The 2500 mm 8'2" x 3700 mm 12'2" hopper is accessible from three sides for material loading.
• Hydraulic conveyor lifter - in the up position ensures adequate ground clearance, and safe driving even on rough ground.
• High-speed, large-capacity conveyor belt. - A 42" / 1050 mm wide conveyor belt travels at 120 m / 394 ft per minute. The discharge height is 9'2" / 2800 mm .
• Rotating lamps. - Red lamp lights to indicate travel mode, excessive load on crusher or unusual conditions. Amber lamp lights when unit is in radio remote control mode.
• Sprinkler nozzles - and a connector are standard at the jaw entry and the main conveyor discharge.
• Komatsu’s SAA6D102E-2 engine provides 134 kW 180 HP @ 2050 rpm for superior crushing power while keeping exhaust gas, noise, and vibration to a minimum.
• Outstanding mobility. - Hydraulic steering and high-travel speed makes the machine easy to relocate. The BR380JG-1 uses the same track undercarriage as Komatsu’s hydraulic excavators.
• Emergency shut-off buttons - are installed on both the left and right sides of the chassis, on the control panel, and on the remote control.
• Galeo - Komatsu’s highly productive, innovative technology, environmentally friendly machines built for the 21st century.

Fold’n Go 2512 KT:This new track mounted screen plant is fully self-contained and with on board fold-out stackers is capable of producing 3 products.  This plant joins our growing line of other track mounted crushing and screening equipment, including track mounted 2650 Pioneer Jaws, 4250 Pioneer Horizontal Shaft Impactors and 6’x20’x3-deck JCI Screens, also with fold-out stackers.  Any track mounted crusher or screen is ready to be put into production within 30 minutes of walking it off of the lowboy trailer that delivered it.
