PSP Series
The PSP is a mobile screening plant that delivers pin-point processing in chip sizing, fines removal, manufactured sand, fractionating RAP and more. Designed with on-board transfer conveyors and easy hydraulic setup, this plant is ideal for either stand alone operations or in-line processing. The high power diesel engine with generator package has enough operating power for all plant functions and enough auxiliary power for three (3) radial stacking conveyors.

Fold 'n Go 2618VMT Series
The Fold 'n Go 2618VMT is a track screening plant that features the ultimate in screen production and efficiency. This plant is designed with a direct feed system for operation with track crushers in tight spots. As with all track screening plants offered by Astec Mobile Screens, the PDF offers totally self-contained diesel power with standard wireless remote for plant movement. This track screening plant has enough auxiliary power for three (3) radial stacking conveyors.

Fold 'n Go 2618VMT Series

The Fold 'n Go 2618VMT is a track screening plant that features the ultimate in screen production and efficiency. This plant is designed with a direct feed system for operation with track crushers in tight spots. As with all track screening plants offered by Astec Mobile Screens, the PDF offers totally self-contained diesel power with standard wireless remote for plant movement. 200 Series

Capable of processing sand & gravel, topsoil, slag, crushed stone and recycled materials, these plants provide a simple-to-use and highly reliable screening plant. Diesel power engine is water cooled and powers all plant functions, as well as off-plant stacking conveyors. All plants provide simple-to-use hydraulic plant controls and screen angle adjustment.

200 Series

The 200 Series offers a traditional screening plant in a conventional or high frequency screen depending on model. Capable of processing sand & gravel, topsoil, slag, crushed stone and recycled materials, these plants provide a simple-to-use and highly reliable screening plant. KDS Series
Designed for construction and recycling contractors the KDS Series of mobile screening plants are easy to operate and highly reliable in processing recycled materials, crushed stone, demolition waste, topsoil and more. These robust machines offer heavy-duty plate steel and AR liners in the hopper area along with other high impact areas giving a much longer life while processing demanding loads. Capable of processing onsite and in tight construction areas, the KDS Series reduces hauling costs and minimizes material purchase requirements. The KDS 710T is track mounted and remote controlled.

ProSizer 2612V
The complete solution for processing RAP millings for the asphalt producer. This closed circuit mobile plant incorporates a double deck PEP Vari-VibeÂ® high frequency screen with a horizontal shaft impactor (HSI) crusher. Hydraulic screen angle adjustment and rotary screen tensioning system can meet the different RAP application demands with ease. The quick set up time of less than 15 minutes allows the producer to move around to multiple job sites and process RAP back to its original size. This allows the producer to increase RAP usage while adding flexibility and improved control in mix designs.

DirectFeed 2516T

Super Series III
Astec Mobile Screens has combined the PEP Duo-Vibe dual frequency screen with a triple deck horizontal screen onto one portable chassis for easy site to site movement. By removing the majority of fines first with the PEP Duo-Vibe, high production is achieved without sacrificing efficiency.
